they might not do a black spidey because the costume design is probably gonna be different for the new movie ,but then again it would be nice if they made both styles in 1 line.

i think i understand what you mean when you say sturdy,he has ball joints and they are a lot better on him then they are on the XMO figures where like on the wolverine figures you could just bend his knee and blow his leg like a pinwheel or he would fall over constantly because his legs were weak.i actually have cap standing on 1 leg for like 15 seconds .
