It was lead by Ike Perlmutter who used to work for Toy Biz and believes girls toys don't sell. He's the reason why we didn't get a Black Widow in 2012 in the 6 inch Avengers line. The MCC aren't over the movies anymore but they still have some say with the tv shows. Civil War or Dr. Strange should be the last movies they had involvment with.

To be fair, at least they didn't tell Hasbro to turn a pink robot into a purple one.
