Ehn, it really kinda depends. If you're going off of "Marvel Universe" measurements and statistics, then yeah. But artistic interpretation often ends up making Thor quite a bit taller/larger than his Avengers compatriots (kinda like Hulk, Colossus, and Juggernaut have all gotten much bigger over the years in terms of how they're presented on-panel).

Personally I kinda like it. Really gives Thor a "larger than life" feel.

@Boy Blunder:

I believe the sword was a briefly-held accessory in the Thor run wherein that costume debuted. Might be wrong on that. Either that or it's the "Sword of Odin" but I don't think that's the case.
