I live local to Amok Time, and I'm officially the first guy to buy one of these bad boys...I walked in right after they had been delivered to the store and they popped open a case for me.
I'd say Herbert is superior to a lot of the retro figures out there these days, as it actually has more articulation than average. Good Herbert West likeness (for a retro figure), as well, and the accessories are perfect. The owner of Amok Time is a big Reanimator fan and you can tell just by looking at the detail that went into the figure. I bought two:

As for the 6" figure, that's been a long-drawn out process, and one that I've been following for a while as I'm a huge Reanimator fan myself. From what I've been told by BS-ing with the owner and some of the other guys there, there were multiple hurdles to jump with Jeffrey Comb's agent, and when they finally cleared that up and got the prototype from China, they weren't happy and decided to re-do the figure, including improving the articulation. So, it looks like it's a matter of "it's done when it's done," but the owner has been working on it for so long and sunk so much dough into it, I have no doubt that the figure'll see the light of day sooner or later.
