First, the boot cut is unnecessary on S.A. figures. I'd start by taking off the Green Stuff and gluing the boot swivel permanently in place, then put the Green Stuff "fur" higher up, covering the cut. As for the belt, if you want to go for the comic-book look, others have used the ML13 Zemo belt on similar conversions, to great effect.

I have that head, and am looking to trade it, as I'd rather have an updated Tony look. It's not that much smaller than the newer heads, it looks pretty good from the front on the Coulson-type body. Hopefully they'll come out with a more updated, good Tony head in the US soon, but in the meantime, I'd trade the head for the IM from the Euro Disney pack.
