I believe that's Dynamite Cop, released in the US as Die Hard Arcade. It's a beat'em up.

I know it's subjective but I frigging LOVE that they went this route for the line. I think there was a line of models that I saw on eBay once like 15 years ago that followed the same polygonal route, but I don't remember much about them.
