I checked the news post and the stated price is wrong. For starters the price is not 8,616 Yen as stated in the post, it's 5,616 Yen (about 50$), same as their recent Trunks figure which comes out soon.

And that's just the base price; Japanese retailers will give you discounts as usual.

I thought you guys meant that that was expensive, I didn’t even check the news post.

But you have to admit that given that Trunks will indeed come with a powered-down head, it is very probable Vegeta will too (especially since they will be at the same price point).
Everything we say is still speculation of course, but lets be optimistic shall we ?
