Absolutist thinking is inherently flawed in my experience. It creates stress which leads to emotional angst and potential health issues (both physical and psychological). That said, you are absolutely entitled to feel however you want regardless of the extreme nature. That's your road to travel, not mine.

I get that you believe fervently in the things you espouse. I even find value in some of those beliefs. While I'm not a vegan, I am a sympathetic ear as demonstrated in pm's we've shared and public comments on these threads. However, when you cast my comments (or me) as the foil for your frustrations with the world, you run the risk of turning a sympathetic ear into a deaf one. SMH...dude, many people buy items on eBay without thoroughly reading the description section. It represents a 'rite of passage' of sorts; a lesson one learns after buying one's first 'lemon' on eBay(or Amazon etc). Many of us on sites like this one are seasoned toy-collectors, but there are also large numbers of fledgling collectors within our ranks. To suggest that you are unaware of this fact seems disingenuous.

But whatever, we'll have to agree to disagree regarding the auction...the validity or veracity of any argument is a largely subjective matter hinging on perspective. As for the 'meat-eater' vs 'vegan' pissing contest, I won't be the 'windmill' to your 'Don Quixote'...and that's not a dig or implication that your thoughts are "invalid," it's a declaration that I ain't your enemy...or maybe I am, in your eyes.
