I did some more digging, and I think that the head from the Anna Paquin Rogue from the original X-men movie might make a good unmasked head for Ultimate Spider-Woman with a little bit of touching up.

Has anyone ever modded one of the older style ToyBiz (where often the head and about half of the neck were one piece) heads to fit a current Legends body? If so, how difficult was it and what do you recommend?
