Plus I wouldn't call him a Mary Sue considering the fact he lost a limbs and was almost burned alive by his early 20's. Plus the fact he was killed in Return of the Jedi.

Oh yes, a character who had to learn to speak many languages, including understanding droidspeak, strip and repair 30+ year old technology, as well as piloting just to get by on a planet that makes Tatooine look like a summer vacation spot is "idealized". And what do you know? That definition applies to literally every main character in Star Wars.
