Why can't they do both, though? Judging by the wave last year, if it hasn't already gotten a 5 inch original sculpt, it's an upscaled 3.75 sculpt(that includes Missy and 8, since their 3.75 figures were announced first). They're already focusing a bit more of the Collector series too, judging by those upcoming 3 packs and the packaging for the latest sonic screwdriver.

But let's not get into this discussion on a Marvel forum, shall we?
