PLEASE GOOGLE THIS FIRST IF CURIOUS - I seem to recall PC modders using mineral oil to submerge their gaming machines. If that's right, it should work for these. Though no matter what you put in it you'd maybe want some sort of colouring going on, otherwise there may not be much benefit to just leaving it empty.
