You might get 2-3, with a few new heads and then usally a straight repaint or two.

I'm fine with it that way. I would rather get 6-7 (8 for X-men) figures each wave even if it's re-use and repaints on a couple along with a BAF then just 4 new figures and no BAF.

Also for Enchantress in the Box Set. Only thing I hate is don't they usually change the figure somehow if they release it down the road. This is the perfect classic look. I'm afraid if she's released later it will have a paint change.
Depends. Thor and Dr. Strange were noticeably different from the normal versions but X-Force Wolverine didn't have a lot of changes made for the mass retail version. I think it was just some detailing on the boots and the chrome claws that made the difference. If they had given X-Force Archangel as mass release like they planned, it would have been the same figure but with gray wings instead of the chrome ones. The Star-Lord from the GOTG 5 pack had gaiters painted onto his boots but was otherwise the same as the SDCC version.

Honestly, I kind of expect everyone in this set to be released at mass market in some form except for Purple Man and Dreadknight. To set them apart for the SDCC release, Enchantress may have a different shade of green for her costume. Sandman would be released in his normal green shirt with swappable arms. Spiderman could be released with a darker blue or even black on his costume. If they do release this version of Spidey at retail, I will be painting thicker eye lids around the eyes. I really don't like the pencil thin ones on the SDCC version.
