Well, I usually don't support any kind of bootleg, Lego or else, but the Spawn minifigure will never be produced by Lego or any other "official" brand, probably not even by McFarlane himself...
It would be fun to see the others 90's Image characters in the same way, WildC.A.T.S or Youngblood. I would buy these.
