Well, part of that is also how much backlogs happened because of circumstances like the dock strikes and there are other factors to consider too.

An additional rebranding helped alleviate that backlog. Sales on hasbro's end are to retailers though, and right now is a sales lull anyway as retailers are focused elsewhere.

That has to do with toy market trends. There are a lot of factors to take into consideration. But I'm pretty sure Hasbro will stick with the Marvel license overall. If I were marvel, I'm not sure I'd trust other toy companies with the license. Even Mattel then seemed rather quick to end the 3.75'' multiverse line, even if those were pretty decent figures.

I'm pretty sure Hasbro has the master toy license outside of building block figures. Hence why no Kre-o and Lego has it instead. Which works for lego really as the perk to them isn't so much the actual physical goods as more the media like video games and animated specials in their style. Though the builds on their vehicles is amazing, I *personally* still lean heavier on Kre-o and Megabloks COD/Halo style mini-figs. Kids and collectors both seem to enjoy the lego style though, so if it's selling, what's to really complain about. Mega bloks had their turn already as short lived as it was.

And my remarks weren't aimed at you anyway. More towards the general negativity and constant bashing that the line gets from many users. Including even how many of the 6'' fans continue to toss hate and attitude about it.
