I largely stay out of these "everything sucks" vs "everything's great" debates because, overall, they're really pointless and kind of annoying. lol Hasbro, like any company, makes what they make and your (generic you) options boil down to buy it or don't. Not much else you can do, but if complaining helps you cope/deal, have at it!

My philosophy has always been: If you think the figures are too expensive for what you get, don't buy them and invest your hobby money elsewhere. There's a lot of figures that Hasbro is making now that I don't like, but I just don't buy them. Just seems easier to me.

All that said, I don't have any interest in the majority of the current comic characters/costumes, MCU or Netflix figures regardless of the scale, but for the rest of you, I hope that you get some bones thrown your way so you can enjoy the hobby.
