I did. I called amazons customer service on Wednesday to find out whats going on and was told the two Deadpool figures I pre-ordered back in June were sold out. I told them that was BS because at the time I pre-ordered they were still available. I told them if they were sold out the option to pre-order shouldn't have been available. The manager kept telling me I can get a Deadpool from a third party seller which I told him that's not happening because they are scalpers and selling him for double or triple the retail price.

Long story short they eventually gave me a $30 gift certificate for the price of the pre-order and cancelled one of the pre-order. I ended up getting a Deadpool from a third party seller for $58. With the credit I ended up paying $20 for the figure. It was shipped yesterday so i'll have him tomorrow. The other Deadpool pre-order still says expected delivery August 3rd and still says not shipped yet.
