I was actually thinking about this last night, and I wasn't on the subject of Marvel customs. Rather, I was formulating Doctor Who customs. The cloak and hat of the Avengers Assemble Red Skull would probably work for the Third Doctor and Brigadier, and the body of the Red Skull could also work for Strucker(and would probably be a bit easier to get the Vulture head onto). He isn't OVERLY expensive on EBay, so I might do that instead.
