I've also discovered the fully battle-scarred head doesn't fit as it has more plastic than it should... Honestly not happy with the quality of the Terminator line at the moment, even though the designs are great.

He uses the revolver during the final car chase. I also had the same problem when trying to swap heads, the head can go on but it seems it has to be heated first to get the plastic more agreeable, I don't remember the T2 T-800 being nearly as difficult to head swap.
