You have a point, in a way, because most of those are pegwarming
waves
. The Rhino, Absorbing Man, Allfather, and Red Onslaught waves sit around here quite a lot, and you can find almost anyone from those waves, regardless of gender, with a few exceptions (Kraven, Chameleon, Spider-Gwen, Ben Reilly, Venom, Taskmaster, and Scourge seem to sell the fastest).
Black Cat I've only seen once in the wild, Spider-Girl (I'm assuming Mayday, from the Hobgoblin wave) twice or maybe three times. Ultimate Spider-Woman and Jessica Drew Spider-Woman do tend to linger, though the USW have finally dried up around here (along with the rest of the Hobgoblin wave), and Jessica Drew seems to have a higher buy rate than Hellcat (probably due to Hellcat's often-sloppy paint).
The main thing, though, is that Enchantress has been on people's 'Most Wanted Figures' lists for probably ten years or more, and I don't mean a handful of collectors. She's been consistently in the official polls for 'fan vote' characters for a long while. She's a 'mainstay' villain in the general Marvel Universe. So I see her going really quickly.
Nico might have a longer peg-life, but only just - the original
Runaways
series is still one of Marvel's most positively received comics in the past fifteen years, both by fans and by critics, and the kids have woefully little merchandise - so to bust out of the gate with an amazing Nico figure is pretty much throwing some raw meat out into a field of hungry dogs.
You do make some good points, however, and ultimately we'll just have to wait and see how the winds blow with this wave.
