Back for more destruction the Foot Clan has sent their Foot Soldiers out to terrorize the city and only the Turtles can stop them! As promised I created a NECA scale cartoon-style Foot Soldier to go along with the previous vintage-style one. This figure was created from a SOTA Street Fighter Remy body, vintage Foot Soldier head/armor, unknown hands and lower legs, and Apoxie Sculpted sections. I used cloth and rope wrap for his legs and even gave him the ninja star tucked into his sash. Equipped with a sword and laser rifle this robotic soldier is ready to rock!
