Shit like this is why I don't like it when Bendis is writing.

Civil War II has been bad. Some of the tie in comics have managed to give the main plot a bit more emotional resonance (A-Force and Hellcat in particular, Ms Marvel to some extent, but I'm angry it's poisoning the relationship between Ms and Captain Marvels) but not enough to save it. A-Force at least made She-Hulk's injuries make more sense (she wasn't just hit by a missile, Thanos laid into her right after). But Stark isn't credible as the proponent for his argument, Danvers isn't really credible as the proponent for her argument, they are doing a terrible job of making Danvers position look anything other than tyrannical and it's just a mess.
It's not ruining my enjoyment of the Marvel comics I read thankfully, but I really want it to end.
