I don't judge anyone for buying knock offs, I'm just not comfortable with it personally. I have a problem with companies just ripping off other companies work, maybe not so much with corporations like Hasbro but the bootleggers don't stop with them. I don't have any issue with underpaid Chinese workers stealing figures from the factory and selling them, which was the popular theory for how these guys got their figures. I think one of the Star Wars figure fansites bought some of the Star Wars figures they were selling and they swore they were official.

Yep I seem to remember discussing the difference between genuine bootlegs (oxymoron?) and factory rejects/extras. In any event it's why I don't order stuff directly from China or Hong Kong.
