Speaking of Nebula I highly expect to see her as a figure in the GotG Vol. 2 wave because a lot of fans have taken up a following for the character. I think you may be onto something with Nebula (really hoping for a comic version). The Titus inclusion is likely the result of the cartoon. He's been in an episode or two. Would a surprise Quasar or Warlock be possible?
