The only knockoffs of anything I've ever bought were a few Masterpiece Transformers, and the quality on those was exceptional. There's a very quick turnaround as counterfeit versions of those are made, so it wouldn't surprise me at all if they've been able to do the same with Deadpool this soon. It's likely they've had access to the figure to start the process long before it was released, they always do.
I'd be delighted if I was wrong, but it's not difficult to foresee that demand for this figure will be ahead of supply for quite a while.
