For the Target I usually go to they have now put all the Marvel collectable items behind an aisle with DC collectable items. And the aisle where everything used to be so neatly put together is now mostly reserved an entire aisle for just Star Wars items.
(I haven't been there for awhile so I didn't get the chance to get Rogue One stuff) but mostly The Force Awakens which honestly looked like has been there forever lol Anyway I'm still able to find the Marvel items behind the aisle but it sometimes can get frustrating as there's not that much of a selection like it used to be.
Toys R Us has a huge Marvel aisle all by itself and I can't recall if I was able to find any Marvel Legends figures when I went there awhile ago. Compared to Toys R Us, Target does have cheaper prices which sometimes if I'm doing my own personal shopping there I'll hit the toy aisles and see what they got.
Also are there any stores you guys know of besides TRU and Target that would be good for finding Legends figures?

Any and everywhere to be honest! Also depends on where you're at and distribution. My area sucks for new stuff getting in currently...
