Mafex has done two Bale versions of Batman and both are of his Dark Knight/Dark Knight Rises costume. Their second Bale figure has an updated head sculpt that is more accurate to the movies and I think the QC was better than the first version. I just purchased the Batfleck figure and like him quite a bit actually.

Figuarts has the Injustice Batman, which I never cared for, but they did show a Dark Knight/Dark Knight Rises figure at SDCC this year.

Mezco One:12 has done 5 or 6 variants of Batman from The Dark Knight Returns but those will be harder to come by since most places will be sold out by now. They're also doing their own version of the standard BvS Batman. Since they've been doing regular comic versions of Superman, Flash, Green Arrow and Joker, they may do a regular comic version of Batman at some point.

Like I said in my original post, NECA has been doing 7" versions of some of their 1/4 scale figures. If you think you might be interested in a 7" BvS or Batman Begins figure for around $20, then wait a couple of months and see if they announce anything for a Christmas release.

For just a standard comic book Batman, the Icons version is what I recommend. The DC Icons Rebirth Batman will be out in a 7 pack next year in March if you prefer it over the pre-New 52 figure.
