So I crossed my fingers and picked up a new Spiked Tail from TRU today and so far the legs are good. The only stuck joints are the right bicep swivel, left upper elbow bend, and right thigh swivel which are all joints I'm okay with being stuck because it's better than being broken and they're in decent positions as is. The left gauntlet was the sneak-attack break this time BUT it was at the very end of the joint so I was easily able to plug the gauntlet back on and it is still a solid fit. So sadly Spiked Tail is still a QC mess overall but I freaking dig his appearance. I can only recommend this figure to people who really like how it looks and are okay not messing with tight joints that are likely to break under pressure. I was amazed when series 13 came out with how solid everything was and now in series 16 I'm amazed that they backslid so far, hopefully this gets straightened out ASAP.
