Hard for me to take seriously that "Youngblood" was the bad ass that the bio makes him out to be, especially when he looks identical to the Predator who ended up having to annihilate an entire civilization because him and his boys got a little overzealous and overwhelmed at the top of a temple. Did he develop that technique too?...lol.

You aren't the only one to think that some of the Predator Bio's as of late have been sub par. They are honestly trying way too hard with some of them. I get that because Kenner predators were based on outlandish toy designs that they have some really out there stories, but This Young Blood Bio just doesn't even make sense given the actual lore presented in the AVP movie.

Also I think they butchered the AVP Elder Bio by not making him an elder which totally defeats the purpose of his namesake while also changing something that is cannon. His role doesn't even make sense and throwing in the Clan Leader as part of his in my opinion mucks up a story that wasn't that great to begin with.

I almost want to say that whoever is writing these bios at NECA think that they are improving or adding to the predator lore, but some of these backstories honestly seem like weak attempts fanfiction at best.

With all that said like all of the Predators NECA has made it's still an awesome looking figure and if you really want to you can just make up your own stories with how you display them with other figures.
