[Giga Leo]

I saw the Clan Leader and Scarface at my local TRU and snatched them up. I fell behind on my Pred collection and missed out on the AVP Predators, so this is my first time getting to mess around with the new, larger buck. Scarface is amazing, whatever material Neca is using for their figures now, I hope they stick with. I used to spend a *looot* of time gingerly cutting apart packaging hoping the Predator inside didn't break (I'm looking at *you* V1 Elder!) and then even more time wincing every time I tried to work all the joints without snapping them... with varying degrees of success.
Didn't run into any of that with Scarface, he popped right out of the package and I got all the joints working without any issue. The paint is great, I love the grungy, weathered look of his armor. I sincerely hope they make the rest of the Preds from the game now.

Clan Leader, on the flip side unfortunately, looks great but suffers from NECA's signature paint lock issues. The only thing keeping the joints in his bicep and thighs from snapping is the more forgiving material they're using, but I fear them shearing in two if I twist any more. No amount of hot water or hair drying seemed to do the trick, though on one my more ambitious attempts to work the thigh joint caused him to pop apart at the waist in a hilarious Bishop impression. Hopefully the one I got was the exception and not the rule, but if you're in this thread I'm sure you're well aware of Neca's QC is consistently *inconsistent*, so tread with caution as usual with this guy.
