The normal Mark 15 Sneaky is very much based on a stealth fighter, like an F-22, thus the very angular design. This is based on the original concept art, which, unlike the final Sneaky's very dark grey (with some goldish silver), was the traditional Iron Man colors. Thus, "Retro".
