I appreciate where you are coming from, but I disagree on a few things. My imagination works differently, I guess, because I regard all of this as fantasy. I don't necessarily want to see the two characters together, but Howard the Duck and Cap occupy the same reality (not to mention Rocket or Groot). There are no limits to what might occur in Marvel's fantasy universe. The masses are broken in now, they have established the parameters of 616...it's time to unleash! lol

What makes you so sure people would grow tired of comic accurate costumes done well? I think many of us, as fans, have internalized a great deal of studio-thinking. That's not really a bad thing, but we are well beyond the point of 'introduction' and I was very happy that Dr Strange pulled no punches. I don't mind tweaking source material, but many of these studio types lack the creative talent needed to re-imagine established concepts. Tim Burton? Sure. Some of these other guys? Not so much.

I'm glad you mentioned the Sentinels. I liked the look of them, but feel a concept that resembled the source would have worked equally well.
