Ben Kingsley was the Mandarin, Guy Pierce was Aldrich Killian...we all remember how that worked out.

While Keaton could still be Tombs (and is likely to be) red herrings still and can exist in Hollywood provided they don't jump the shark and reveal all first chance they get.

Considering how many trailers of Civil War that hit the Internet featuring scenes that Spider-Man was removed from, the only reason we ever even found out he was going to be in the film was because Marvel basically blew it's wad early and wanted to smoke out some of the BvS hype...

Just fun to speculate...is all.
