It's better if he is an individual since he seems desired, personally I always preferred Death's Head over the second because he was goofy looking and it fit the comedy vibe while Death's Head II was another '90s excess creation in design. I'm not hating II completely, just saying I prefer the classic look for the guy.

It's also not as though it's the first prototype Hasbro's shown that either took a while to come out or didn't come out at all.
