You might try reading and understanding the data you post before jumping to conclusions, and insulting other people. I'd also be very careful before calling anyone misinformed when you weren't even aware Ms Marvel was still an ongoing title.

First, it's sales data from a handful of stores affiliated with Bleeding Cool, not industry wide sales data.
Quote:
This is the Top Ten Bleeding Cool Bestseller List, as compiled by a number of comic stores from their sales on Wednesday and Thursday.
If you take the industry data from Diamond for the latest month avialable (November 2016) then the top ten titles are :

Batman 10 (DC)
Batman 11 (DC)
Civil War II 7(Marvel)
Invincible Iron Man 1 (Marvel)
Amazing Spider-Man Renew Your Vows 1 (Marvel)
Batman Annual 1 (DC)
Venom 1 (Marvel
Walking Dead 160 (Image)
IVX 0 (Marvel
5 Marvel, 4 DC, 1 Image. If you take the top ten trades for the same month It's Marvel 6 DC 3. This is total print copies sold to retailers, not just what a handful of retailers report sells.

Second, to address Ms Marvel specifically, you misunderstood the argument completely. Ms Marvel dominated digital sales according to Marvel and Comixology for well over a year and tweets from G Willow Wilson and Sana Amanat have implied she continues to do so, but I'm not trawling through a years worth of tweets to find those. Her titles print sales have only ever been average, her significance is she was the first mainstream comic to more than double her print sales through digital, usually its a 10% boost or something. Sales of Ms MArvel trades are also routinely on the NYT bestseller list.

Third, no one is saying she is Marvels best selling print title, that is you misunderstanding the discussion. She is, however, one of Marvels most popular new characters, with a book whose digital sales were unprecedentedly high.
In other words, she is popular, and the fact a few people who haven't read her comic don't see what the fuss is about doesn't change that.

It is true, though, that DC are doing very well at the moment. Which is good because they have been doing very poorly for the last few years,

Edit: Actually it seems DCs Rebirth boost faltered in November:
Marvel Dominates DC Comics In November 2016 Marketshare – Normal Service Resumed?
Quote:
Marvel Comics was November’s top publisher with a 38.08% dollar share and a 39.46% unit share. That’s up yet again, three points from October’s marketshare of 35.89% and a 36.58%. And eight to ten points up on September’s of 31.1% and 30.75%

DC Entertainment was the month’s number two publisher with a 26.17% dollar share and a 31.30% unit share. Dropping below 30% for the first time since Rebirth. In October, they were 30.70% dollar share and a 34.76% unit share and in September on 39.27% and 44.59%. That’s an insane drop of thirteen points in two months.
