I'm personally still very surprised that Mara Jade was almost dead last, she was like the poster child of the EU and to this day people drone on about how much she needs to be drafted into the new canon.

Jade was pretty awesome in the Thrawn trilogy in which she was introduced. Lost steam after that in my opinion. I wouldn't be opposed to a teenage Jade as an Inquisitor in the Rebels show. Might be a nice antagonist for Ezra.
