Ah, yes, I remember those days fondly! It's funny, we get on the forum to complain about how hard it is to hunt down some of these McFarlane variants, but feel so good when we actually find one! It's like plastic crack! (much like what we do here).
Looking at what McFarlane stuff I still have on the shelves:
Matrix APU - amazingly detailed yet affordable piece of toy machinery! Only McFarlane could have done it!
Matrix Sentinel - same as above.
Sleepy Hollow Headless Horseman Deluxe set with horse - articulated horse on an awesome base!
Danger Girls, Wetworks, Youngblood, Savage Dragon - Love some of these less known (now forgotten by most) comic characters.
I also still have a lot of the fantasy related figures McFarlane made - Grave Digger, Mandarin Spawn, Necromancer, etc.
McFarlane has always produced beautiful mini-statues with minimal or meaningless articulations, but those of us that collected it never complained, because they're just beautiful to look at and we don't actually play with them anyway! I guess the expectation has changed.
