Eventually, the forum will be upgraded to new software, which should alleviate some of the PM issues. See the forums on TFW2005 for an example.

As for news, you can always post a thread in the news and rumors forum. Please keep in mind, I don't cover "everything" out there. If it's not something I cover, I will simply move it to a more appropriate forum for continued discussion.
