I noticed in their Twitter pictures that the nails were black in one picture and not painted in the others. I wonder which version will be produced.

We're getting the darker nails version. Just like the part 3 Jason having a much different mask in the packaged photo, but none of the others. Sometimes they makes changes after pictures are taken.
