One thing that's bothering me, the face sculpts on the latest round. BVS Batman (lower half) and even BVS Superman is pretty good. The Trek ones are pretty good. But Netflex DD, SS Harley, and that Wonder Woman - look nothing like the actors. Ash is in the zone, but a bit young/toony. Kind of a bummer since the rest of the figure on each is superb.
I will still get some of them, but I hope they can find a way to address that before release.
Anything where they take sculpt from scratch based on the artists vision and there isn't anything to compare to, have been well done.
The Ash head sculpts really need to be scrapped. We already have multiple iterations of Ash in plenty of sizes (7", 8" & 12"), all with better head sculpts than this. For the price they are likely to charge for the Ash (seems like it will be in the $85 range), that head sculpt needs to be perfect.
The Dawn of the Dead figures, on the other hand, are flat out perfect to me. I just hope they don't stop at these two. I need a damn Peter, Roger, and Fran figure!
