It's the original guy, though I think. His fans kept complaining that Hasbro did the Ultimate one and the female one before the original and the execs mentioned that's why this one is finally coming out. Plus I suspect they're gonna reuse some parts from it for a new classic Iron Man. The chest reminds me a lot of his.

They talked about it in the con video where they mentioned they try to find a balance between fan favorites the collectors have been asking for and what they know is gonna sell regardless (A-listers and movie figures) to a casual crowd. I assume the latter helps offset the former.
