the only people profiting are people taking advantage of the crap distribution Hasbro has been known for!!! maybe your living in denial regarding this issue but go back through this thread and the old one and there are tons of posts complaining about pricing.
the reason they are still being sold is because of contractual obligations between hasbro and marvel.

plus also given the fact that Dave vonner churned out enough body of work to see them through that contract.i think we may be seeing the last of his work in these upcoming waves.
