I think the main culprit is that SW scalping is all but dead IMO... and SW was one of the main reasons why people were waiting at TRU when the doors opened... then once they finished checking the SW aisle they would go check out the MU and Joe aisles. But then MU got rid of a bunch of articulation and scalpers stopped buying them too... and Joes are nowhere to be found at the moment. IMO toy scalping peaked during the Clone Wars era and has been slowly dying off since.
