[QUOTE=lordbest;699063]I wouldn't characterise myself as a Hasbro fan. Though I do collect more toylines they produce than any other individual company, now that I think about it. But they have those licenses (or own Transformers outright) so I don't have much of a choice. If another company took over the Marvel Legends or The Black Series 6" line and produced figures of an equal or superior standard I'd buy those, Hasbro be damned.
Nothing would please me more than to be able to integrate TB Marvel Legends into my collection, there are a lot of characters I want that they produced that Hasbro haven't yet. But I genuinely do not like how 99% of the figures look. Their BAFs, are, as others have noted, completely amazing and I'm intending to get MODOK and a Sentinel at the very least eventually.

/QUOTE]

I hear you. I would say even though I collected Toybiz the last two years they produced the line(and bought plenty of back figures as well) for the most part I like the Hasbro ones better. Though I am quite happy to have a figure of the characters at all, until Hasbro produces them. It's better than nothing.

The BAF are a completely different story. Aside from Hulkbuster the BAFs from Toybiz wipe the floor with Hasbro's BAF. HB is just as good as any but the best BAF Toybiz put out (Apocalypse and Sentinel). I know this is going to sound weird as they are all toys, but Hasbro's BAFs seem to be much more toy-like than Toybiz's, which for the most part seem more like statues with articulation, the detail is just amazing on them.

Too bad we can't have the best of both worlds!
