Neat but thankfully not a necessary addition to his deco. That's just his Thunderbolts symbol from his time on that team but fairly early on in the Superior Foes series Luke Cage tears it off of his suit saying that he wasn't worthy of it anymore since he'd returned to his criminal ways.

I actually have read The Old Man and the Sea so I thought that it was a pretty damn funny analysis of the story, like Wade's version of a book-report. Though I suppose previously reading the story isn't needed to find the humor in the trailer's write-up.
