Tamashii included articulated, clear plastic arms with clips that do exactly that with their most recent Omnimon figure. It works, I own that one. And I think the Batman figure has wires that do the job? I don't know.

I mean there are cheap cloth capes which don't fall right and look too baggy, that does look shitty, but good cloth capes look fantastic and most of all don’t hinder me in posing the figure.
