I don't expect the Independence TRU at 40 Highway and Noland Road to ever stock the Evolution Groot...Or even the new X-Men or GotG waves since they recently reduced their Legends figure pegs to cut in the giant cosplay Marvel pieces, plus those pegs are clogged with Doctor Strange, Juggernaut and Allfather waves. With only minimal price reductions on these peg warmers, don't expect them to go anywhere and subsequently that's why there's no new waves coming in there.

Heck, I only saw part of the Sandman wave there only once, and that was before Christmas. Maybe you would fare better at the Overland Park TRU in your quest for Groot?
