Flash is played by Tony Revolori, or as you would probably put it, "a skinny Latino kid", and Ned Leeds (aka, Peter's co-worker at the Daily Bugle in the comics, and one of the people that Roderick Kingsley got as a patsy to take the fall as Hobgoblin instead of being caught himself) is played by Jacob Batalon, or as you described him, "a fat Asian kid". Eddie Brock is not in the movie.
