We haven't actually gotten an individual MCU villain figure since Winter Soldier and even then Bucky was neutral by the end of the movie. For crying out loud the only way to get Ultron, the titular villain of his movie, was as a BAF in a wave that featured no characters from said movie. At least we're getting a Vulture, oh wait his wings are the BAF element
