There's nothing wrong with Sabine's proportions... if you think the average Barbie doll is a good example of realistic female body dimensions. Big head, skinny limbs, tootsies that a Chinese foot-binding enthusiast would die for...

But really, weird proportions aren't exactly unprecedented in this line, after all, what with ANH Han's giraffe neck, Bespin Luke's ape-arms, Jango's tiny feet, RotS Obi-Wan's shrunken head or the fact that only a Japanese prison-camp inmate would be able to get his forearms inside the Stormtrooper's vambraces.
